本部的设立，旨在帮助当事人理智、合法地解决婚姻关系和家庭纠纷中可能面临和涉及的各种法律问题，并最大限度地帮助当事人将婚姻纠纷、家庭纠纷的时间成本、精力成本、感情成本降低到最低。多年来，本部律师承办了大量的婚姻家庭纠纷案件。在婚姻调解中，运用系统的专业知识和精妙的调解技巧，挽救了大量濒临破裂的婚姻和家庭，也使众多纠纷化解于诉讼之前。在婚姻诉讼中，凭借合法有效的取证方法、娴熟的诉讼技巧和独特的办案思路，最大限度地维护了当事人的合法权益。同时，本部律师还积极参与公益普法活动，定期到各市区妇联、司法所、街道办举办婚姻家庭法律讲座，获得了社会的一致好评。

This department is set up to help clients deal sensibly and legally with all kinds of legal issues arising from family and marital disputes, and to help minimize the cost of time, energy and emotions of the clients in settling the disputes. For years, the department has taken in a number of family and marital disputes cases. In marital mediations, we have been able to save many breaking marriages and families, and settle the disputes before they develop into litigations, by utilizing systematic expertise, and delicate mediation skills. With respect to marital litigations, we have been able to protect the legal rights and benefits of our clients through legal and effective ways of evidence collecting, adept litigation skills and unique ways of handling cases. Meanwhile, our attorneys participate actively in law popularizing activities, and give lectures on family law at regular intervals in woman's associations, the judicial stations and local communities, which activities are acclaimed by the general public.
