公司法律顾问部是建立在本律所公司法律部基础之上的，由精通公司法律及劳动人事法律的专业律师构成，本部门律师在实践中积累了大量的办案经验，为企业在设立、合并、分立、并购、重组、股权转让、重大投资、破产清算以及企业内部人事管理方面提供专项法律服务。本部门贯彻“以团队服务个体”的理念，小至法律咨询，开展专项法律尽职调查，出具法律意见，起草、审查法律文件，大至参与重大商业谈判，进行法律专题培训，协助客户建立、完善内部风险防控与外部风险防控体系，以团队之力最大限度地为企业防范法律风险。

Company Law Department consists of professional attorneys well-versed in company law and labor law. They have provided specialized legal services to companies in company establishment, merger, division, acquisition, equity transfer, major investments, liquidation and internal personnel management, from which they have accumulated rich experiences. This department implements the idea of “serve an individual client with team efforts " in services ranging from legal counseling, due diligence on a specialized law, providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, to participating in major commercial negotiations, providing specialized legal training, and assisting clients in establishing and perfecting internal and external risk prevention and control system.
