劳动法律事务是本所的传统业务。经过长期的法律实务积累和专业培养,组成了一支通晓劳动人事法律、法规、规章和政策,精熟劳动人事调解、仲裁和诉讼技能的律师团队,并形成了专业律师团队服务的运作模式,不仅能为客户的劳动管理提供全面的顾问服务,而且能胜任复杂的劳动人事纠纷调解、仲裁、诉讼的代理工作。本部还著有《劳动合同法风险防范与纠纷应对》一书,经由法律出版社出版发行,为用人单位与劳动者提供参考与指引。
Labor law business is the traditional business of the firm. Through long-term legal practice and training, the firm has established a team of attorneys who are well versed in labor law, the relative regulations, statutes and policies, and who are adept in labor mediation, arbitration, and litigation. A team service pattern has been formed, which not only provides full-range counseling services in labor management for the clients, but also is competent to take on complicated proxy services in labor dispute mediation, arbitration and litigation. Besides, the book Risk Prevention and Dispute Response Under Labor Contract Law written by the department was published by Legal Publishing House, and is providing references and guides for the employers and the employees.
